Who we are

What we collect
- When you create an account: your name, email address, WhatsApp number and a password. The password is stored only in encrypted (hashed) form – nobody, including Shashi, can read it.
- When you play or take part: your points, the questions you have answered, your level progress, the missions you complete and the reflections you write for them, and any redeem requests.
- When you register for a webinar, take part in a program or pay: the details you choose to send – these go to Shashi on WhatsApp, not into the website.
- When you visit: standard visit statistics through Google Analytics and Google Search Console (pages viewed, device type, approximate location), and cookies that keep you logged in and remember your light or dark theme.
How we use it
To run your account, keep your points and progress safe, answer your redeem requests, and contact you about your points, webinars and the community. Reflections you write for missions can be read by Shashi so she can understand how members are doing. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to the email above. Deleting your account removes your points, progress, reflections and requests; it cannot be undone.
Points and wallet
- Points are earned in the Brain Game, the Mindset Challenge and the monthly missions. Each question pays only on your first attempt, and the games pay a limited number of points per day.
- 1 point = ₹1 towards a 1:1 session with Shashi or a Silver, Gold or Platinum membership. Points are not cash: they cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or transferred to someone else.
- You can redeem from 100 points. Redeemed points are held until Shashi confirms the request; if a request is declined, the points are returned to your wallet.
- One account per person. Points earned by misusing the website – multiple accounts, automated answers or any trick around the rules – may be removed.
- The points rules may change; any change will be shown on this page and will not take away points already in your wallet.
