Some people are lessons - quote by Shashi Pallava, Life, Relationship & Mindset Coach

Not lifetimes.

Har rishta nibhane ke liye nahi hota. Kuch sirf kuch sikhane ke liye aate hain.

Dikkat tab hoti hai jab hum lesson ko lifetime banane ki koshish karte hain — sirf isliye ki chhodna haar jaisa lagta hai.

Chhodna haar nahi hai. Kabhi-kabhi wahi sabse samajhdaari wala kadam hota hai.

Try this today

  1. Name what this relationship taught you – one line is enough.
  2. Separate the lesson from the person: you keep the first, you can release the second.
  3. Notice where you are holding on only because leaving feels like losing.

Questions women often ask

How do I let go of someone I still love?

Loving someone and staying with them are two different decisions. You can honour what was real and still choose what is healthy for you now. Letting go is usually a process, not a moment.

Is ending a relationship a failure?
